Turning expired food, table scraps, grocery surplus into farm resources and fresh harvests for our community.
At Replenish The Table, our mission is to close the loop on food waste while fighting hunger and building community resilience.
We collect surplus food, expired items, and table scraps from households, grocery stores, and food pantries. We transform this material into valuable resources for local farms, including animal feed and nutrient-rich soil amendments. In return, farmers provide fresh harvests back to our community and food banks to families in need.
This circular model reduces waste, supports sustainable agriculture, nourishes the soil, and creates a steady supply of fresh, nutritious food. By connecting every part of the food system, Replenish The Table restores abundance, strengthens local farms, empowers families, and ensures no good food goes to waste. We are committed to transparency, collaboration, and long-term impact as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Serving on the board of Replenish The Table has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’ve witnessed our team transform compassion into action, tackling child hunger and providing critical family support in the Sacramento community. Our efforts, including initiatives like Fishing for Hope Modesto, help vulnerable children overcome hardships. Every success story reinforces the importance of our work: ensuring children receive the stability and food assistance they need so they can dream bigger and build brighter futures.

We collect surplus food, expired items, and table scraps from homes, grocery stores, pantries. Turning these into farm feed and soil enrichment. Farmers then return fresh harvests to local food banks and families. This sustainable cycle reduces waste, supports agriculture, creates lasting abundance for our community.
Through this full-circle approach, Replenish The Table reduces landfill waste, supports sustainable farming, improves soil health, strengthens local food security, and creates true abundance for everyone involved. We believe that when communities work together, nothing good needs to be wasted, and every table can be replenished.
